How energy management is helping KBI spat
At our plant we have two furnaces which are always in continuous operation. We were not implementing any kind of service or system for efficient and optimized production. One day we had some melting job to do but the melting point was lesser than the maximum temperature of the furnace. So there was unusual operation of furnace, hence wastage of heat and electricity. After calculations we realized while controlling this wastage leads to a significant saving in energy as well as cost.
